1) Hotel Property is excellent. 2) Room size is quite big..almost equal to 2 regular room size. my kids enjoyed space for playing, 3) Good service by hotel staff4) Breakfast time. As leaving hotel early is requirment of Kashmir tourist to reach far off places.. this hotel provided buffet breakfast at 7:30 AM. On request they provide basic breakfast if leaving before 7:30 AM.

Hotel service is too good, staff is so friendly and helpful. Even the hotel room are neat and tidy with Hot water service available 24hrs. The location of hotel is also good with an amazing Mountain View and garden area. They have a separate dinning area and food is also good.

The Room was not ready when we checked in at 4.30pm. They gave us the keys and we opened to a soiled room
Then the AC wasnt working, intercom wasnt on and staff missing at night

No heating facility
Heating blanket is not good for good sleep and health
Blowers are there in hotel but they can be use for away from the bed due to switch availability

It was a average stay at Solomon Heights.

we had a booking of super deluxe booking but they gave us deluxe room which I found at the second day in their booklet..there is a electricity problem in the room..i told them many time he gave no solution...as a super deluxe room they just gave hot water just two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening..not full day hot water supply...no AC in the rooms...i asked to house keeping in the second day but. they said only two hours for house keeping in the whole day..so I think as a four star it's the worst hotel I had ever stayed
