everything was nice apart from some amenities like no kettle, no landline. Food was good and it's near to nature, calm and soothing stay. Soothing and calm stay, continuous running water sound far from city traffic noise

Need to drive down a private road for almost a km to reach the resort which is at the end of a slope. we did not get any assistance in moving the luggage to the room. rooms are pretty small. Bathrooms were clean and maintained well. Hats off to the chef because he prep yummy food throughout our stay and was one of the positives of this place. swimming pool was neat and in a scenic place as well

The blanket was dirty with blood spots on it, it was changed only after multiple requests. I ordered Kizhi Biryani which had a smell of their body wash soap even after complaining no action was taken. I regret that I booked this hotel . very unhygienic for my kid, I was scared for him as it would have caused him any infection.

it's situated in a valley and its vibrant and calm at the same time, the way to resort is a bit steep, but the staf is really nice they can pick you up and drop off.

Had visited in March, 2024. Let me give the pros & cons here, Pros: Location - outside central town. No noise of vehicles. Full of birds chirping. Room: size and cleanliness was good Amenities: Used swimming pool to the fullest. Neatly maintained. Safety: safe for family. Staff are friendly . Cons: Accessibility: If you dont have your private vehicle. You are totally dependent on hotel jeep which is highly risky. I was not given a jeep service at 6 AM stating it was available only from 7AM. I ...more

we stayed for 1 days with family and kids stay was awesome and staff is very co operative, ambience was awesome, food is also good in taste. only thing that can be improved is delexu room is so small and beds are also small it can be large also in bathroom there were no stolls and extra bucket and mugs that can be improved awesome stay
