SS Beach resort, 3 star hotel, and there is no handwash, tv not working, ac not properly working, no toiletries, problem in getting hot water. should people carry handwash with when there are checking in 3 star hotel and provided after insisting for handwash, that so basic amenities, when left the place, they are asking for money that for handwash they provided me, how cheap they are??

Very poor experience. We changed rooms 3 times. Each room has certain defects. Even the receptionist didn't help us. They didn't provide AC remote. AC was also not working in some rooms. One night stay at that hotel was a horrible experience.

Rooms so spacious.. Bathroom so conjusted.. Hospitality not up to mark.. They are reserving good rooms for their direct booking... We faced lot limitations because of prepaid customers...

Hotel SS Beach Resort is located exactly at the Clip of Varkala. But do not expect a sea view from the hotel room. There is only one room available from where you can see the sea, but that is not listed. That they sell directly who go to the hotel and price is high.The hotel has a restaurant and a Bar both are separate and in different floor.Food in the restaurant takes more than usual to prepare food and options are also very less. As this is a clip so reach the sea beach from the clip required 10 mins of walking from the hotel.
