almost ok ok but didnt provide dental kit and while booking it was mentioned that dental kit will be given and no one asked for cleaning thr room for 2 days stay

Worst stay, no cleanliness.
From outside hotel looks good but rooms are pathetic.
No warm water, Flush not working, charging slots not working, Damaged towels provided, One shampoo was provided for use.

Had an amazing stay at Starvilla.
The place was very clean, including the bathroom, which had hot water. The management was friendly and helpful. It’s in a good location, close to Nakki Lake, Domino’s, and other places. I would love to stay here again..

no lift in the hotel...
we were with senior citizen and kids.. they had given us room in 2nd floor with no lift..
in night we asked for extra blanket but even that was not provided...
i would have rate 0 star for hospitality but option is not available...
