NOT RECOMMENDED - In my opinion - As per the experience and services offered, it is an over priced property. It is located on a higher floor and we had to climb 30 stairs to reach to the level of lift, also, the lift was not working properly couple of times. We had to climb down and take stairs for 7 - 8 floors. Also, at the time of checking in, no one was available to take our luggage from mall road and we had to pick our luggage to lift level. stay experience: it was nice but not good for money value.location was good, room location was bad, noisy and not appropriate and below standard, food was very tasty, ala carta, breakfast was ok. service was good. they need to work on room location kept for goibibo customer, all people working there was well mannered and good people. sterling quality was below standard, no game zone, for kids: no enjoyment.

not worth the price paid; very exhausting to reach the hotel having so many steps. breakfast not at all satisfactory even if taken on paid basis because very very less items available

the location of hotel was excellent. it can’t be better than this . services at hotel were at lightning speed . room were cozy with centralised heating. 100 recommended.

Excellent location, short walking distance to Ridge. Easy access to Mall Raod, lower bazaar. Clean rooms, humble staff. Scope of improvement in shower area- as shower curtain/ glass door is missing, this leads to water spill/ wet floor outside the shower area.

we booked a Deluxe room. when reached they put us in one dinghy room which was secluded from the rest of the hotel. when asked they said Deluxe room is now Classic room and you are booked for classic room. we showed our booking and after providing a strong feedback we were moved to a different room, which might be the deluxe room but it still doesn't look the same as the pictures. Staffs are very rude and unapologetic for the goof up they made and were not even ready to admit their mistake. we have stayed in other sterling properties but this is right at the bottom. highly disappointed 😔

Hotel is at excellent location, only problem is you have to climb 47 stairs to reach the hotel lift every time you go out. Kitchen area and breakfast area was very small, leading to chaos in morning breakfast and slow service Location and staff friendly

We booked a family room which had three rooms. One master and two adjacent to each other. We got locked out of the master, and they did not have any way to open that lock. They were screw drivers but no key. In the middle of the night we had to see them try to break the lock. Maintainance

I will start with good about the hotel - rooms are very clean & well maintained, staff are well mannered and the hotel is situated at a very scenic location.
