I dont like hotels which give incorrect information on websites. They have written 1 min walk to Dal Lake but is actually 4-5 kms from Dal Lake. Standard rooms are too small even to move luggage. Take Delux Room. Neat and Clean. Staff very cooperative. Restaurant is excellent. Well maintained and nigeen lake is viewable.

Absolutely lovely rooms. Spacious and up to the point and not very costly. We booked at per night. We wish we would have booked it for the entire stay as we paid a lot more for other average rooms. The staff is good, and the food at the restaurant is also good.

The room was quite good and big but there was no lift in the hotel, and location of the hotel is also little outside

stayed only for 1 hour. staffs are good, reception is ok. room was clean and fine as expected. it also has a dal/negeen lake view. recommend 👍

Staying at Sultan Residency was a delightful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and displayed outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. I thoroughly enjoyed their food, as they have an in-house restaurant offering authentic Kashmiri traditional cuisine, along with a kid-friendly menu that includes pizza, fried chicken, and more. Our heartfelt thanks to the Manager Neeraj Sir, for ensuring a wonderful and budget-friendly stay, and to Goibibo, our trusted travel partner, for making this trip seamless.

no lake is visible from room. although the delux room description says lakeview room. at best you can see the road facing it. the stairs are really narrow. rooms are very small and not really clean.

No lift in hotel. Allocated room at 3rd floor. Old room allocated. door locks etc were old fashioned and new room was not allocated despite of request for room allocation at ground floor due to small child with us and food quality okay
