very professional and personal care by all staff including reception, room service, housekeeping, restaurant, front staff security,bellboy etc.. Really amazing hotel.. highy satisfied.. Also enjoyed view of Kanchenjunga & enjoyed hotel heritage part.

i am not satisfied with the service. there was some smell coming in the washroom and near the gate. internet connectivity was very weak in my room. only it was coming near the door. my room was 302 in the hotel. we asked extra coffee sachet but nobody bothered to give me.

Value For Money we had a good stay at this hotel for 2 nights. pros: 1: Neat and clean room 2: clean bathroom with all the toiletries 3. food was delicious. 4: Staff was polite and helpful. Cons: 1: The approach road is a bit narrow and is a one way. 2: Road side rooms are noisy due to traffic.

The hotel is good. All amenities are good. The only thing to worry about is the heritage property is not suitable for senior citizens as you have to climb at least 40 stairs to reach the reception. One kilo meter distance from the Mall market.

I have booked for Heritage Premium Room. It was a nice stay, value for money. Staff are very professional and friendly. Easy check in, fast service. Only the room and bathroom was little small. Foods are average in taste and price.
