Very worst room and Ac is not working.Fridge is not working.Kettle which is given in room was very dirty
Minimum ameneties were not provided not even a toilet paper in washroom.Not cooperative staff.Balcony door is not getting closed.

They charged extra for dropping us on the airport... didn’t allow us to use the pool , giving one excuse or the other... the room was booked for three people however the bed was not provided for the third person..
