Very corrupted staff. Take extra charges and say go anywhere, cancel the booking, while he knows cancelling will not be refunded.

Very Bad hotel and need immediate renovation rooms are really dirty and no lift and no service during early morning time

Good budget hotel in lower pelling. One can visit Kanchanjangha from room if you book balcony room. Room size is standard with ample space. Taste of food is good despite minimal choices. Staffs are cooperative. Overall good given the price charged.

Pleasant and cheap stay in good location. 1 km away from the centre and in a quiet place. Many restaurants are nearby. Helpful Staffs and good service. Also has nice restaurant which has stunning smell 😋. Hot water is also available.Good choice in Pelling I would say. 🙂

Worst experience. how it became 3 star hotel I don't know. hotel room was not as it shown in pictures. It was unhygienic and service was horrible.

Not a great experience, lots of insects inside room, insects on the bed in the night. no fan available, whenever asked for food about 3-4 pm, not provided. only good thing is Staffs are polite.

worst hotel ever. booked super delux room ended up getting cheap room filled with bugs. all pics are morphed to attract the customer. I want my money back.

The hotel was amazing. the manager was absolutely humble and very helpful! Really enjoyed my stay over there! The property was clean and food was also delicious in the restaurant 😋
