Owner of the hotel is very good person. He takes utmost care of the guest. Staffs are also very cooperative. Food served by the hotel is good. In house service is very prompt.

overall the scenary from the balcony is awesome and the hotel is also good. The food was also good and the staff were courteous only this they can improve is the sofas at the reception can be maintained in a better manner.

In Pelling, in my opinion this is the best hotel. Ambience is great, from Balcony kanchanjangha peak is clearly visible, no obstacle at all, rooms are very clean, hit water available round the clock, hotel staff and manager are very friendly, food is awesome, even my 2.5 years daughter ate everything, room service is very good. Most important thing sightseeing car is always available at a very reasonable rate. In summary, staying in this hotel is awsome and I will recommend this hotel to all of ...more
