I booked hotel by *** same day of chack in..I call to hotel. They said me that my booking cancelled...I don't know about my cancellation.

Nice hotel with nice behavior of the hotel owner, good food (we ae having very good bengali food after quite a day, it was awesome, good view of the Kanchanjhangha peak from the room itself

Service is so so, 24 hours hot water facility was not satisfactory. Food and viewing is fantastic. Cleanliness, services are to be improved in quality.

It is a nice hotel maintained by Mr Rana and Mrs Rana. They maintain the property very well. They are also very helpful and friendly.

Hotel is good but very uncleaned condition. Hotel manager (lady) is non co-operative. Hotel attended Susanta & his helping hand is very good in cooking.. Overall the hotel was average.

The services of this hotel was not up to the mark. The property was okay. and i would say i didn't get the full worth of my money. Not a great stay. Just a normal stay.

1. No power backup. There was no electricity all night long till we checked out at 9 am Hence, no hot water was available and pls note this is Dec end winters. 2. Very limited food was available on menu. We were told at reception that approx only 5 items are available from entire menu. 3. The deluxe non view room did not have any single chair or table.

we booked this hotel through go ibibo last september.this hotel is managed by a bengali couple from kolkata.when we arrived we found out that they were not aware about our booking.somehow they managed to provide us 2 deluxe rooms,which was spacious enough.next day they shifted us to a different room which was much better than the previous one.food was okay but expensive which is normal in sikkim.next day we were lucky enough to witness awesome sunrise from the balcony.they have no provision for drivers.if u wanna take ur car u hv to manage a seperate room for driver.q
