over all stay is very good. location of the resort is excellent. u can see that tea estate and hill directly from the balcony of the room. view from our luxury room was amazing.

did not have a pleasant experience. the food is very bad and bland and frankly overpriced for what it is. the rooms while decently clean are awfully maintained. there is damp on the ceiling and paint is falling off in many locations

Worst hotel! Worst hospitality with worst food. No wifi comes in room despite complaining no action. Don’t even clean rooms on housekeeping. Very pathetic food and buffet
