The road leading to the property is not that great. The food is average. I enjoyed the breakfast spread. The view from the property was awesome. The staff were very generous with their support. The rooms need a bit more maintenance while ACs in the room would be a helpful addition especially during summer months. Stairs to the rooms are a bit steep. Not suited for elderly guests. Overall experience was ok however I would explore other options on considering a visit back to Munnar.

I had booked a semi suite room and the view was fantastic. Hospitality and behaviour of staff was really good. Food quality can be improved. We went there on New Year's Eve and they arranged some music and celebration. I found balcony as the x-factor of this property.

Tea village Munnar was best place to stay we really had a great time view, staff, food is really great We like the View from Semi Suit, It was soothing and romantic.
