I was booked the room showing different view and amenities but at the time of check-in we get different room. I don't get my policy number for claiming with insurance provider chat is also not working in other hand I am not able to callcustomer care from my registered no as well as they are not accepting me from my alternate number.

It was our second time visiting the honestay and we had lots of fun...the owner is like a family...we are very grateful to her for all her services to us...we had a great time...foods were amazing as well...

the hist was very friendly...food was very nice...she was like a family and didn't let us feel that we were just a guest staying at her homestay...we would love to visit next time as well i think one should visit her homestay she welcomes everyone with warmth and take care and provide everything we need...we enjoyed a lot had fun the host it was fun being at the teesta homestay...i think people should visit there once...she welcomes everybody with such a warmth...she takes care of everything...we had super fun and enjoyed a lot being there

Mam is very helpful and caring person! this place is very calm and room is neat and clean and you can see the hills & Teesta river from room also foods are very tasty and delicious (homemade). you can roam the local bazar and can enjoy Momo's ,chowmein ,samosa etc. also you can easily reach kalimpong and Sikkim from this homestay.. overall very good experience and thank you mam for your kindness!

hotel was nice with good sevice provided by hotel owner.they provide nice home made food to tourist with nice taste.the only problem i faced that is hotel location was darjeeling ,hill cart road when i booked the hotel ,but when i reached darjeeling ,the hotel location changed to teesta which is 40 km from darjeeling.i bear the burden of 200 rs for reaching the hotel from darjeeling.

Literary the BEST homestay in whole India that I have ever been to. 1. It is located in the very calm, quiet and beautiful area on the bank of Teesta River. 2. The Owner is super kind, helpful, courteous and provides the best service. 3. Home made delicious and relatively cheap food available made by the owner's wife, so there is no need to look for a good restaurant around which you will not find. 4. Hotel was no doubt very good decoration and atmosphere..You can see the hill from bed room as well but the one and only problem is this is too far from *Darjeeling* so without reservation car u cannot go there........

room was very good but small. care taker was very good but there was unavailablilty of good food.i reached there at 8 pm and there was no dinner facility.
