The maintenance of the room is exemplary; one could confidently assert that the room is in a pristine condition. Furthermore, the amenities provided are satisfactory and meet all necessary standards of service.

there is no elevator need to climb 3 floors on steps. room is good and owner wasted out time by asking extra money

Hotel Location is Very Good Walkable from Clock Tower,Vasco Railway Station Rooms are clean ,Spacious,well ventilated and Properly Maintained with Facility of Kitchen also Washrooms are also good and spacious unlike many nearby much expensive hotels Surroundings of the hotel is safe and staff is also good and friendly Room Service is also quick

The hotel was spotless. Mr. Savio and the manager took great care of us. The rooms are airy, big and very pretty. I would definitely recommend.

Room is clean and good but there is no phone facility to contact their reception. TV was not working and choked drainage in the bathroom, no remedial action taken on our complaints on these matters even during our 2 days stay.

The hotel was near to the market and it's at 3rd floor of the building but dont have any lift to go there. That's the only problem. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay, a good cleaned room, polite staff etc. I feel the rent is on the higher side, but since it is GOA we can except this.
