no breakfast available in the price no food available in the premises no extension phones in the rooms ac wa not working had to go to reception everytime to complain. no internal phones. staff was cooperative though

Location is good. Price seemed too expensive for a non-AC basic room. There were stains on the toilet seat. No hot water in the room at all. There was hair on the sheets on the bed. The ground floor window had no grills, so safety is an issue for women travellers since it's possible for anyone to climb inside the room.

Rooms are not so good, needs big time renovation. AC was hardly cooling, took almost 30 mins to do setting for suitable cooling to get good sleep. There was power failure at night, there's no power backup at the hotel. Though staff was cooperative n helpful. They helped us n got tea & breakfast, since there's no kitchen at the hotel. overall it was an okay stay, cud hv been better. Good for a one night stay. There ground floor rooms are somewhat renovated n better. we were on the first floor

one of our worst experiences staying here 1 . Road touch lot of noise and train sound2 . room need big time renovation very old bed and matters yellow lights tv not working all the time washroom height less can't even take bath while standing no complementary water we by mistakenly booked nonac when entered the resort its was not a resort its road side lodge use less we paid 500 extra for ac apart from our payment room service guy asking for 500 almost 5 times before checkout charged 30 for water per bottle

First floor Rooms are not having RCC floor and floor hight is also less than 8 feet. Ac was not working (local AC brand) even fan were not working as required. It was sunny outside and inside comfort was also poor.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.Location is plus point, as it’s walking distance from Lonavla city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants have a good stay at low budget.

My only complaint was that although there was an AC it was always too cold or two hot because they don't trust you with the remotes. It's all controlled centrally from the lobby. You can only turn it on or off. And to turn it on again after you return back to your room you need to inform someone to activate it... Not a very convenient experience. It's sad that you're treated like a child.
