No one picked up my call when I reached the Manali bus stand to locate the hotel. I called them several times but got no response.When I reached the hotel no one was available at the reception area. I waited for a long period of time then I rushed to the restricted area and knocked on the door so at last someone came out and told us that due to some medical emergency, staff slept late in the night.When I checked into the room below are the issues I faced and I reported to the reception and the s ...more

The experience is very poor due to lack of proper maintenance. Firstly, the main door lock was broken. Then, the bathroom flush , as well as the geyser was not working properly. Blanket was dirty and burnt. Room service was not good including drinking water and room heater also. Inspite of asking them several times, no action was not taken, as the hotel stuffs were not very helpful. Our room number was 303, the duplex room.

I booked a family suite for 5 members with breakfast and dinner was quite good but need some renovation to rooms , good service provided by the owner itself with humble staff 👍🏻
