Hotel kashmir has given a homely vibe to our trip to kashmir.Especially the owner is very cordial and very helpful.its more like a homestay.He also provided us cab service till pahalgam and guided us nicely.Basically our trip was very smooth because of him.The room service everthing is good.They provide extra heating service also with additional charges.Also basic breakfast items which is decent.we havent ordered any other food items.But the owner guided us in getting best foods in Srinagar and ...more

We stayed two nyts. Hotel infra look was too good. Hotel proprietor was comfortable to help us even when we r in emergency. Bcoz we left the room key in cab we travelled, but they understood the situation and helped to unlock the room on first day nyt. Food: we felt like having our home food. Hotel attender was too helpful to carry on our luggage. Especially in Kashmir, wherever we go we will hear the word tip, but here we ourselves got ready to render service due to their service. Even though we got ready also , they hesitated. Overall , a good and comfortable stay

nice hospitality and very cleaned hotel.i am always worrying about bathroom cleanliness but i have to say that cleanliness was upto mark.we extend our stay there.

The owner Aijaaz bhai is hardworking, helpful and genuine. He helped us out on all matters related to our travelling in Kashmir, making our Kashmir trip even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the food is good.

not a great place. it is like family run business with money in mind. I don't recommend for two things
1. the location is very shady
2. the is no heater or good service
