The staff were friendly,and the room was beyond comfortable.We love the hotel vibes and the exceptional service from the concierge team.

Room is very small, and hotel staff Told to go to room early at the time of check out, like 7 o'clock . The restaurant was closed, there was a lot of problem during meal time. meal order from zomato , Didn't even give plates to eat.

I loved the rooms, rooms are cozy,but hygiene is quite disappointing, the workers are not properly cleaning the room after the previous checkout, dustbins were not cleaned nor replaced.

This is the worst hotel stay ever. Very unprofessional staff even the manager don't know how to behave. Rooms and toilets were not cleaned. I'll truly recommend you to not stay there.
