the staff of the hotel is generous and nice but the property is very old and not well maintained. we got the complimentary room upgrade but nothing works fine in the room such as the TV regulator, phone, tv

It was a very bad experience. The room was shown as per the price. We could have stayed in our own house. Why did I spend so much money and get this useless room?

it is one of the worst hotels in Goa which I felt as room service very bad, lifts are not working properly, house keeping also not good and not sufficient parking place. Don't go with by looking outside hotel image.
