i booked a room with bath tub from gobigo but i was told that you will not get it as it is not available right now
if this type of facility is not available when booking hotels through the gobigo app, then what is the use of the app?

They offer club room however there is no lounge facility and they charge bombshell
They keep teaching us rules as if we r in school also i have never seen anybody taking declaration from second occupant also the buffet is horrible

Hotel is nice and well maintained.
Food price is very high at everything [from almost 1000-1200 plus gst] starting even for a plain rice or daal, mostly visitors there are foreigners so maybe due to that everything is overly priced
Overall comfortable stay, must check on food options outside hotel then stay is preferable.

I had booked the premium room for 2 nights....The first night their room was stinking ....after multiple complains they were not able to resolve the issue....after complaining at the reception the 2nd day they changed my room...nothing special at their buffet breakfast...not worth the money at all
