hotel service is too bed. They do not maintain hygiene levels. Rooms & bedding roll not cleaned. Water bottles are too dirty. Water algae is developed. Horrible experience.

Charged more money even after paying agreed amount in app.

something wrong with food. my boy was badly affected with stomach upset and loose motions. My boy vomited on the bed and asked to replace bed sheets before that asked to spray disinfection liquid. The hotel staff denied and said they don't use such things and simply flipped the bed.
not good. The hotel location is superb. but service is not up to the mark.

The room was not clean. The bottle cap has rust formed and has not been cleaned properly. The rooms look like a Hostel, you will find garbage bags everywhere in the corridor.
Food is pathetic. It's not a 4-star hotel. The rooms are not secure. Any outsiders can reach your room, The balcony doors don't have a lock. Anyone can open it from the outside—a total waste of money.

the hotel was good to stay. Bedrooms were clean and inline with the images. they allowed us early check-in. Few issue with hot water it takes 10-15 mins for the hot water to flow. Breakfast was good but not very hot. overall good
