Quality of service - poor washrooms - poor Appliances - tv and some of the lights were not working blanket and pillow - seems dirty and not used and washed since quite sometime employee behaviour - even though the view from the balcony is great, the hotel authority will not upgrade you even when you are the only guest staying in the hotel. even complementary water was not available.

Review: 1) Very pathetic hotel. 2) Curtains looked like never washed. 3) Cracks in wood with termites and small insects. 4) Staff is less and not at all polite. 5) Majorly you find staff out of reception.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in the rooms are very clean everything is spotless the food is reasonably priced and most importantly it's few meters from Tiger Hill this place is great for birdwatchers who can even walk to Senchel Wildlife Sanctuary also they have a cute friendly dog.

Very good, all good। kanchanjangha visible from all front room and also balcony. Food quality is good but excess for single person. Nearest to the tiger hill top and main road. But any one don't try this place who have problems in leg joint.

Worst one ... rooms are smelly. You cant ask them for extra towels or anything ... they will start yelling if you asked for something 2 times ...खाना भी बासी को ही गरम करके दे देते है . इससे अच्छा तो कही धर्मशाला में रुक जाओ

Go for it..!! Property, location, food, view, management,tours etc etc.. you may find many properties with these facilities. Rope resort will give you a home away from home feeling.. just book the hotel and reach to the property your each and everything will get sorted that too very cheaper your whole trip will become memorable.. The rooms were very small and the location from the main market to the hotel was quite far. no towel or water was provided to us. I myself have to go time and again to take water and whenever I use to go to the desk nobody use to be there to attend. even the mo. No. Provided was not attended by anybody so lastly we change our plan and shifted to another day at very next day.
