Worst service ... No restaurant attached.
Water stopped during bath, no intercom phone to contact.
Have to come to reception to get even bath towel....
No proper staff to get the luggage.
Dont Dare to select this Hotel.
will spoil ur family trip.

Extremely Pathetic. One of the hotel staff was ao rude and at one stage he started abusing us because we were from other state. All the other staff were watching him abuse us. Very bad experience.

Location is very good. Property and rooms are bit old. All rooms have balconies and are sea facing. Cleanliness and Interior requires improvement.
Location is near North Cliff. All cafes and clubs nearby.

Overall, it is worth of money and it was good experience staying at Sanctum. The best part is the location. U can view Varkala beach from the balcony of room and from common area of resort. The resort is very near to beach. The most LIVE area of Varkala is near to resort. U do not have to go far for meals, shopping and transport. U get everything nearby. The swimming pool is very nice. Staff and Management is very co-operative and polite. Just one negative point is that property needs some renovation and maintenance. RECOMMENED to stay here.
