Very Poor Location, Not at all as per the photos, No view from the balcony and it's very close to busiest roads and residential area, and you don't feel peaceful staying here for paying such. a huge price

initially the room I booked was standard room of size 14 sq. mtr, however, the room offered was too small and that too which was beneath the stairs and was of uneven shape and without window.. however, on intervention by Goibibo, the room was upgraded on next day of stay.. that was some relief.. overall stay was okay.

I don't write reviews very often but for this I had to. The hotel is located near to Darjeeling DHR Station which is just 250 meters. Mall road is also nearby. The location is away from hustling.
Rooms are neat and clean. We booked the premium rooms which is on the first floor with attached balcony which offers mesmerizing view of the mountains. If you are lucky you can view the might Kanchanjunga from your room too. The only thing missing was a closet or wardrobe.

!! PROVIDE WORST ROOMS !!
In my 2 days of stay, on 1st day I booked standard room which was 300 less than Deluxe room. the standard room was so small and packed that easily a person can feel suffocation. I asked to upgrade but they were asking Rs 1200. so for my 2nd day I booked deluxe room because they said views are from deluxe rooms only. now even through there were empty rooms, they gave us a room which has window but no view. just the walls of next hotel.
