floor full of sandy dust. No person to clean, even after asking 4 times from the last day. food is ok. bathrooms are clean. but the floor is worst.

urmi is a good placeto stay. # food is superb. # rooms are ok # vibrant during the week ends. # hotel becomes dull during week days in this season(maybe it is their office season now) # every stuff is good, friendly and ready to serve you. good thing. wishing urmi the very best.

Everything is awesome. Best hotel with family and kids. Food is like a home food and it is perfect. Plz establish more branches in other states/cities. Hotel Urmi rocks!! Play Zone, lift, good washrooms and totally budget friendly.

third class hotel where only the safety concern please don't go with this they will give you room in different hotel and where few goons will be there

Stay was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. My kids enjoyed the breakfast very much. Room and especially washroom was neat and clean. Staff was helping.

This is one of my best stay in Haridwar... Hotel The Urmi is highly recommended hotel.. One must visit if u r looking for best in budget.. The whole Hotel staff is so co-operative and very nice by nature. Totally loved my one night stay.. will visit again..

The property, the ambiance and the staff is just awesome. The rooms are very clean and hygienic. The in-house restaurant serves delicious food, although paid but it's worth. A big appreciation to the entire staff for being so polite, friendly and on their toes to make the experience and your stay a memory to cherish. Special call out to the front desk manager Jyoti for going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and helping in all related tasks. Highly recommended property and helpful staff to make your stay comfortable.
