We have booked Superior AC with Double bed Option still we got the twin bed Option room. when asked manager to change the room he told first there is no room available with double bed Option, after forcing him he offered rooms (we are 2 couples traveling so requested. 2 rooms) there are 2 rooms available 1 is on 3rd floor and another is on ground. so we have settled with twin bed Option only, as we want 2 rooms side by side only. after looking at the rooms we have got there are very much cleanin ...more

desks looked shabby and they were unable to provide me with a dental kit. they said that they will bring the kit from outside nlbut failed to do so.
however the check-in process was smooth.

Not Good 2nd hotel I have seen which is wast of money.This the worst hotel I have ever seen not worth it wast of money room is not good smells bad washroom is not clean.

this hotel has old but functional building.staff is good and helpful.breakfast quality is good.
hotel is very neat and clean.
during my stay Wi fi was not working.
very limited channels on very old TV.
most of popular channel are missing.
