Good behaviour of the staff is very helpful. The hotel has some cleaning and hygenic concepts required.But overall we are happy and enjoy.

not good room, even no floor tiles...dirty smale in room....hotel construction loby is nice but dining is not good...inshort not well maintained room and further.... so i m not recommend as per his room charges

The hotel is too far from the srinagar city center, Room service is very bad, hotel food is costly even you don't have any other option nearby for fooding, Not prefer at all. I stay there three nights but getting freaup.

The rooms are very much presentable and well maintained. The staff is cordial and prompt. The hotel has a good ambiance to itself. Hotel is suitable for all kinds in accordance to their budget spent.
