very friendly and knowledgeable host ,the place is a little remote from the town but worth the penny you pay for the stay.everything was in place and we didn't have any expectations about the host being guiding us so well . he even invited us to the new property owned by him near the dal lake. overall it was a nice stay at valley heritage resort.

Great location. Great surrounding, little bit away from the crowd, . Surrounded by greenery and snow top mountain. R
oom is spacious, neat n clean, well illuminated, .
Necessary amenities available in room.
Room heating facility and hot water available.
Staff well behaved, and helpful.
A memory to cherish.

the room was really not as per our expectation , there was no any proper heating system , no mattress (just foam in the name of mattress) no clean white bedsheets was provided , no geysarNo kettle

It was a nice and welcoming stay at Valley Heritage. Our host Captain Hameed took great care of us, he made sure we feel like home in Srinagar and arranged authenticated Kashmiri food for us. He also arranged a cab and a very good guide who explained about the culture of Kashmir. Rooms were nice and cozy with Kashmiri carpet and curtains. Nice view of snow mountains from the window. Overall 5 star experience for me and my family. Thank you captain Hameed and Khalid.
