Unprofessional Service. No towels no soap No drinking water was provided. Location is not so close to Dal Lake and no AC Roomss available. Staff doesnt care about the customers. Never book this hotel if you are visiting with family. Worst hotel in beautiful kashmir.

We had booking in valley holidays but after reaching there they said they don't hav available rooms nd we need to check-in in another hotel which they suggest us

It was a great budget hotel and the owner is very co-operative, he has its own taxi service so he will help in your trip planning also, also during selection of rooms, overall it is a great budget hotel and do book this hotel without any hesitation
