good experience, we loved it, don't go with my rating 3 it's only due to the issue with stay due to climate. some what rainfall spoiled the better experience. all most all good and nice behavior of all staffs

It was a worst decision to stay in ventos . Firstly the hotel is situated on the outskirt location where there is no proper connectivity of transport , and bad road which will damage your vehicle . Secondly the washroom was outside the room and it was too tiny the comod and shower was jus next to each other and its really uncomfortable to have bath change and go out also since the bathroom is out is again uncomfortable to come out and cahnge in the room . Nice Ambience. .budget friendly stay in Munnar. Good Service, pool facility, campfire will provide if needed. Outside food allowed, also they will deliver food if ordered. Secured Tent camping
