View was superb but hotel was not clean. Toilet was also not clean. Bit far from main Munnar, need to cross toll naka to get there.

Great location and food is okay ,other than room is not okay restroom door not working properly tv and internet also not working . We are complain every time they didn't respond properly

no fan in the room, service is slow and there is no network and wifi is poor as well.
views are stunning and rooms are big
buffet is not worth the price they charge

room didn't have fan and since it's on hillstation so there is no ac ofcourse.
and due to which you can don't get good smell and without fan there is no circulation. After request and explaining the need of fan they arranged table fan.
hence overall experience is average.
view wise- stunning rooms view are amazing you feel like you are above the clouds
network wise poor network coverage actually zero coverage
from family perspective lot of families come to stay there so no problem at all

Rooms are good , spacious and comfortable. Good valley view and room service are good, but there is a timing for providing a hot water at 7am to 9am and 7pm to 9pm . It won't even get water in tap for that 4 hours , they can provide hot water only by buckek. Electricity fluctuations are too high so sometimes there is no power in room. we have to climb some hills to reach the parking. It's not preferable for family with kids.
