ek dum ghatiya hotel or service , staff behave no good । total paise waist ।charge 5star category hotel se jyada । kisi saste hotel mein isse jyada suvidha mil jati hai। Mera stay or paise dono kharab ho gaye ।

Hotel phone number and emails are not working to contact for any query as a customer or inform about the late arrivals. I pre-booked the hotel for the ease, but the hotel person/manager at reception was not even aware about the bookings or our arrival. Disappointment with the services, they are damn slow. You have to call the reception/kitchen/house keeping multiple times to follow up for the order.

Old property not so neat and clean. the bed was shabby, staff not so good, we asked for water the bottle was without a lid. food, specifically is horrible... really disappointing.

I have very bad experience in this hotel .they have t.v without any Channel no recharge no balance in tata Sky. everyday I cal service boy and he change setup box each day .only one bottel complementary in double occupancy. see the place they put towel . also once I ordered bread toast .they bring only bread and ****er without knife for butter.so over all service is very bad with Narrow Narrow mentality. my suggestion is never stay in this hotel .

frequently lights shutdown and nobody response on helpdesk, AC is not working from last two hours very disappointed.
nobody response on help desk after many minutes spending on phone call
