Everything was good. it was pleasant stay, outside view is awesome. One thing is bathroom equipment was not working and it was not resolved otherwise it was it could be 4 ⭐.

Very dirty smelly bathrooms, the smell enters into the bedroom as well. The property itself is very old and not maintained. Not worth the money, better to cancel the trip than staying here.

My worst experience in Munnar, Receptionist is a not at all cooperative , Room crest villa is horrible, suffocating smell once you step into the room. walls are horribly untidy bathroom doors, bed looks very shabby. A local lodge would be able to provide better rooms than this. No proper room service and no dedicated service number.
The location has a good potential and is ideal for nature enthusiasts however unfortunately the violet wood disappointed us.

Rooms were pathetic. No cleanliness. No hygiene. The food was pathetic too. The hotel is overpriced in every way. They charge you like anything but provide no good services. We were provided with a room with no lock and asked to shift to a hotel 30km from the place in the middle of the night. The bedsheets and pillow covers had stains. The rooms were stinky. Walls had patches.
