room: 3/5 amenities provided: 5/5 location: 5/5 cleanliness: 5/5 food: 6/5 so everything was awesome but the problem is with room and lighting. the lights are dim, rooms have walls which are exactly not 4-starish. the ventilation in standard room is poor. this gives a gloomy dim lit kind of appearance. also the first room we checked into had a spider and my wife is a bit arachnophobe. we changed rooms and the rest was as i have described. if hotel is able to make some changes, the overall experience would be fantabulous.

The hotel location was good, room was quite spacious and the staffs behaviour were very nice- all of that made the stay a perfect family holiday stay.

Worst stay ever. 1.the moumita of reservation team needs to learn that hotel is for customers and there satisfaction She is only having mindset of maling money by fooling people. 2.just look the food quality Idli was half cooked, aloo paratha has no aloo Aloo sbzi had aloo half cooked God, they had not cooked anything properly 3.loook at lift size They call themself 3 star Conclusion This hotel is running only on one agenda That is make money, even if it comes with 0 customer satisfaction.
