The experience was so so. Few points I like to highlight- Highly unprofessional staff- Non bothered attitude might b due to booking- No house keeping staff visited in the entire 02 nights stay. - In the name of Buffe they have very limited menu that doesn't worth what they charge. - Very poor room amenities, very less fir the price paid.

If you are coming by your own or rental car I recommend this resort, its away from Munnar town chaos, Munnar town hotels are too costly and almost no views as they all in congested areas, this resort has maintained nice greenery which is soothing to eyes, also you will see lots of birds here, breakfast is good but there other menu items are not taste so great, do not try there chinese food, overall nice resort and out stay

Food is not up to the mark. Rooms, other amenities and service was good. Need to climb lots of stairs to reach the room depending on the floor number.

Was a non AC room, because its already cool environment.
Surrounding looks beautiful

The hotel management care more about them not the guests, I stayed in a lot of Villas all over the India, including most reputed villas in Munnar. I have booked for a premium category villa however me and my family have been accommodated in their very lowest category.
