Staying in Wild Elephant Eco-friendly Resort Munnar is not bad. Friendly service provided by the staffs. The road starting from the entrance to the resort is too bad and the staircase to the room provided for us is not good.

Hassle free check-in. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was good. The care takers were polite. They suggest nearby attractions and their timings.

Resort was in a good location, had an amazing view and a good swimming pool but the management is just poor. We booked leaf cottage for 2 days and the rooms weren't cleaned not once during our stay. No toiletries were provided, the taps weren't working properly, the shower works but it doesn't have hot water connection (which is important because its a cold place). Breakfast was complimentary but it wasnt good. Overall, its a decent place but I wish they had proper maintenance

Nice ambience !Staffs are supportive and cooperative ..quality of food is good ,do not expect meals and keral foods .Prefer to book cottage and other available rooms ..standard rooms not having balcony facility and privacy is less than other rooms ...
