Very bad experience and worst behaviour of hotel staff...We couldn't get the confirmed hotel rooms... we stayed at another hotel..

Hotel location is very good, near to Mahabaleshwar market. Stay was overall very nice. Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful in nature. i would always recommend this place. You can visit nearby places and market as well. You can do shopping, fooding all nearby places.

Third grade, worst hotel. We paid Rs per room per night but it was not worth Rs even. No restaurant, No WiFi, No parking place. We booked with breakfast but only sweet upama ( Shira) and Pohe available. Very bad quality tea. Staff is very illiterate.

Location is not good.No ventilation in rooms ,rooms are small, reception service not good,rates are ok.

unprofessional hotel staff, no hot water, hot water is only for 2 hours which is from 7am to 9am which are very odd hours. They turned down my request to provide hot water in the evening at 10.00pm since we need to wash my baby and change his diaper.
