not showers in bathrooms, toilet seat drain pipe lieked dirty water in drained in bathroom furse, not fan in rooms very heat in rooms , i have request to manager give me ground floor rooms but not listen he gave third floar room so very heat in rooms temperature is also37 °!

spacious and very clean place. the super plus point is the host kamran who was very helpful and guided us in our trip with valuable insights. definitely recommend this place!

Room are quite big but there is no TV 🙄. The room has a heater. 24 hours of hot water but the powercut issue is very annoying. Stunning view & 1 minute of walking distance from dal lake is 😘.

perfect location..24 hours hot water supply.. power backup. just 1 minute walk to dal lake.. very helpful staffs.. Faizan bhai helps us a lot.. everything is perfect..

water supply went off early morning . electricity goes off frequently. In the whole Kashmir trip this was worst hotel we stayed. receptionist was not present and no care taker as well . staff had rude behaviour when we complaint about water supply. no drinking water provided and no towels as well. we had to call and ask for every small things like handwash. I am giving 2 stars because the rooms were clean.
