Overall everything was good. The only thing I'll say is to provide hair dryers as well. It helps in winter.

It was a great experience staying in zostel... Cafeteria was really great and along with that various gaming options are available

The facilities were well-maintained, but the typical vibrant energy and lively nighttime gatherings in the common areas, usually a hallmark of Zostels, were surprisingly missing here, even over the weekend!

The property is great. Staff is great. View is perfect. Dorms are super clean and comfortable. Just don't book any tour from here! Had to wait for 2 hours at the taxi stand when I booked the Nathula pass day trip with them. And due to that I was stuck in a jam and the entry was closed when we reached! That was basically just waste of time and money.
