when comparing to other zostel's this property is just fine not that great in terms of lication and views.
1. my check in was not at ol smooth the bed alloted was already beeing used by someone else.
2. i dont know why the reception manager wasn't intrested to give me the first floor although he gave people who checked in after me. my booking was far in advance still.
3. property has no locker facility in dorms u need to bring ur own lock for availing it.
4. for new drivers the road is very very steep so beware.

it was a underwhelming Experience. no help from property manager. the water was so muddy and they were aware of the situation and didn't try to fix it. couldn't bath the entire time I was there in the end had to bath with muddy water. The plumber was called the next day to look at it only cos there was other plumbing issue.

The stay was fine but the manager was not at all accommodating of our requests. They created issues with the booking and we had to spend multiple hours.

it was not a good stay, rooms were stinking badly due to no ac in the room,small rooms unhygienic toilet....overall a very pathetic experience....we earlier stayed in zostel alleppey it was good but not this one.

Zostel was clean and the washrooms were clean but the new year party celebrations were not that great and the food provided by the Zostel was not nice, it was cold when we went for dinner.

if there is a person below 18 years old in your family then you can't stay there. The place is only for bachelor. family can't stay together in a single dormitory. If you pre booking with payment then very difficult to refund the amount. The property is also in a remote area from the town. The picture showen are enterily different from the reality. I give only 1 star rating for the receptionist very rude in character.

So insensible and impolite owner. They book our shared dormitory with male. How can we share our room with male strangers, this are basic common sense. we did not get refund we can understand their policy but at least they could have shown some courtesy or guild but the owner was so chill and not even worried about us, we did not even stay, we left to another hotel.
worst experience.
