everything is good. but i hope they dont keep broken things inside the rooms like reading lights or bathroom fittings. how can you read at night if the lights are broken? food is great and value for money. staff is wonderful as well. last year i visited, shabbir was a great manager. i missed him. i am not so elated with the new manager they got. feels a little callous. rest of the staff are just wonderful. location wise i think it is one of the best properties. lies in a silent area of the dal l ...more

rooms were clean and properly ventilated. washrooms were well maintained and all the heating systems were working properly. pretty good experience

Location was very close to dal lake and popular gardens. Property built was very old and dorms room were small and old. Bathroom was also not clean and very old built.
Cafe food was good but very limited seating.
Common room was also not big.
Compared to other Zostel properties it was below average.
