didn't like the stay much.
there was only one socket to charge mobile phone. room was not properly cleaned.

everything is good. but i hope they dont keep broken things inside the rooms like reading lights or bathroom fittings. how can you read at night if the lights are broken? food is great and value for money. staff is wonderful as well. last year i visited, shabbir was a great manager. i missed him. i am not so elated with the new manager they got. feels a little callous. rest of the staff are just wonderful. location wise i think it is one of the best properties. lies in a silent area of the dal l ...more

rooms were clean and properly ventilated. washrooms were well maintained and all the heating systems were working properly. pretty good experience

it was really a nice and comfortable stay over here. all staff members are very helpful. anyone can enjoy peaceful and systematic environment over here.
