Not good room service. It took so much time in delivering Tea and snacks in room, we cancelled the order and nobody bothered to ask. No water in Washroom. Had to request multiple times for a bucket of water.

The rooms are very clean with AC, Tv, and proper lighting. The washroom was also very much clean fitted with an exhaust. Its best point is being on the Har ki Pauri, you can view the aarti from its balcony.

The hotel room was dirty, broken bed, dirty pillow, rain water was dropping at bed. 2 nights my family could not sleep due to rain water dropping at bed. power cut issue. no power backup.
