We stayed here for 4 days and we thoroughly had fun here , so that matters most. for the details , Rooms were spacious (a proper 2 bhk with kitchen , hall and 2 baths ) Ambience was good And swimming pool was great. Breakfast was bare basic , but good enough to quench hunger. Property was at a walkable distance from condolim beach. Apparently he owns properties in various areas of calangute and condolim , so it depends where u get ur room allotted but he informs you well before by WhatsApp and coordinates along with 2 attendants which has to be appreciated.They also coordinate for taxis and 2 wheeler rentals at acceptable tariff . I had seen many bad reviews before for this property , but all have to understand that we are not paying for a 5 or 7 🌟 hotel to have everything at our doorstep and definitely they take good effort to make our stay very comfortable , They communicate in an informal way and Im comfortable with it , however some may find it rude . Kudos to Edwin and co for their efforts..

Impressive apartment with all the basic facilities. Well managed pool(common) and the location is also quiet good. Most importantly a very genuine host who is always there just a call away. Care taker of the apartment was also very cooperative. Definitely worth spending money on this apartment. Really had a great stay and I don't remember facing any sort of issue in or around the place. Pictures shared are very genuine and true. Cheers!

The Apartment is fully furnished.Service was very good.You have a Refrigerator,TV,Washing Machine,Water Heater,Induction Cooker,Microwave and the rooms are also AC.Also there are 3 gallaries with good view.At the centre of apartment there is a swimming pool which is open from morning to evening. This was a great experience for me. If you are visiting goa i would stongly recommend you to stay at this place.

Room was very good !! but the problem was it didn't have a lift. 3 AC and 3 balcony ,fridge, oven and washing machine wasn't working, and they provide utensils so can cook in the room. beach is very far and need to hire bikes which are easily available ( contact the watchman he will let you know ) can enjoy till any time. the caretaker was kind of okay!

Room location is at perfect place. Room is very spacious and clean but no lift. 2 bedrooms one bedroom with attached bathroom very big hall and good lightings & ventilation AC was not working. beach , pub & other main places are very nearer to the hotel ... its suitable for group stay overall my experience was awesome thank you Goibibo

pleasent stay in Apartment. it is near by Calangute beach also baga beach. apartments care takers is very helpfull.vikram bhai atup and all caretakers is good. it is a best place for all type travel style. swimming pool is good ..and we enjoy it. breakfast is good.

Good Place to stay. The owner and house keeper are very cooperative. Rooms are very good and surrounding is also very good. All restaurant in calamgute are near so is beach. I enjoyed my stay alot I would definitely recommend the property to the people visiting Goa

Its an excellent property. All the facilities and management are well managed. Hotel is value for money. Service and all are totally perfect. Food is awesome there. Hotel is nicely located and easily accessible. Its a very neat and clean property.

I stayed at in this apartment in September 2016 for one week. The apartment we went a first floor apartment very clean but basic two bedrooms with attach bathrooms... Well behave staff, awesome locality area, swimming pool and many more.

For the first time i booked an apartment rather than a hotel for my family. The experience was awesome.. The flat had everything.. Edwin and the caretaker were very helpful. Had an awesome vacation. Will surely recommend others

It was a good stay. we were 5 stags. only issue was water dripping from AC. Awesome swimming pool. Edwin was so kind to us, we were given extra 5hrs check out time without any charge.
