SKYRY HOTELS (T.NAGAR)

Stayed there for two nights and it is just an ok place only. I booked a "super deluxe" room the one they initially allotted had lock issues. Then they upgraded my booking to junior suite room free of cost. "junior suite" is almost similar to "super deluxe" room and the only difference is that the bedroom and the bathroom is separate and there is a small walkway to the main door. I faced multiple issues here.1) I spotted multiple long hair strands in both room and the bathroom. Seemed the cleaning staff didn't clean the room and bathroom properly.2) There were 3-4 black color earthworms in the bathroom. I had to use shower handle to clean those. 3) The toilet commode had small bits of stools here and there. Again no proper cleaning was one.4) I guess they have acquired old hotel and renovated 25%. The room had many old wall sockets and one of them worked. The only wall sockets which worked was the one connected to TV and set-top box. Means, I had to turn off TV if I wanted to charge my phone or laptop.5) The biggest problem - When I moved the blanket to sleep, there were lots of hairs and stains in the bed sheet. I had to call the reception and the cleaning staff changed the blankets, bedsheet and pillow cover and changed the bathroom towel as well. Who knows if the same towel was given to previous guests. The only good things were1) The location is near to metro and there were a handful of eateries.

to be honest the room was huge and sufficient for a couple where they have two big mirrors, but the room was not maintained properly, there were leftovers of previous people who availed it including discreet products, the hospitalityyy I'd not say good but that guy in the reception was not welcoming and while checking out he was sitting barely with a hole in center of pant where it was too visible didn't even get up until my last step was over... can stay for hourly or for a day from my end, can improve cleanliness and hospitality.

Room AC was not working properly in room no. 304. I arrived at 11.00 pm on 28th May 2025. I ask the night duty manager to change the room but he told all the rooms are sold out. My room was on top floor. I asked him to change the room next day but again found that another room AC was also not cooling the room no 101. Hotel is neat and clean but if you need AC in summer season and it is not working properly then there is no sense to stay in this home stay.

Room was good, happy to stay there but need to maintain some hygiene and cleanliness inside of the room afterall staffs were polite and well behaved and it's value for money to stay with them I would like to suggest if someone looking for a budget friendly hotel they can come over there. Thanks
