the problem was i booked the hotel grand lajja i got a message that booking is confirmed but when i reach the hotel they said there is no booking of yours and then after fighting they give me their banquet rooms which is pathetic and they are saying they don’t get any confirmation

The hotel staff is not co-oprative. service was pathetic. Things such as thoth brush comb was thrown out from the room while cleaning. dose not have toom services during breakfast. such a worst experience in my hole life. I will never recommend this hotel to any one.

I stayed here for 1 night and it was amazing experience for me. Room was very neat and clean. Washroom was sanitized and clean. Food was delicious. It was great hospitality.

Worst experience! I would say all reviews on Google are fake. Rooms bathrooms are dirty. Hotel is full of mosquitoes and insects. Do not book even for one night.
