One of the most unprofessional hotel ever I have visited in India. Why? explaining : 1) In the morning 6.00 AM early check in was denied with high attitude by reception staff. Whereas later I came to know most of the rooms were vaccant. May be the reception staff does not know the meaning of 'Early Check In' 2) My room booking was including Breakfast and Dinner. But it was denied by hotel. Anyway I have received my refund against that. 3) First morning tea was ordered but not served. 4) TV was not in working condition. 5) No lift provision is there. 6) Fan was moving with abnormal sound. 7) Hotel location is 300 mtr. inside from main road.

Merit: Room was clean , no doubt!!! was spacious!! Demerit: They asked money for even mineral water! There were no one to help with ouŕ luggage to room! there is no lift! One of the staff told me that I am more healthy and masculine than him, so he wont help with luggage and i should take 2 heavy bags my own!! little offroad!! At night i had to walk to airport as no taxi be it from ola nd uber wntd to go on such short distance! On asking for dinner , they say to buy from Swiggy and Zomato.. overall new hotel and need better staff.. if there would be no oyo, this hotel wont run..

One of the worst hotal I have ever booked in guwahati. Person present in reception counter is very unprofessional, they even don't know how to speak to a guest. I have booked 1 room for two days with full payment but when I reach the hotel they demand extra 1300 rupees. When we speak to them that I have already paid the amount, they rudely told me that they can't give me the room and I have to search another hotel after my long journey. Location is also not suitable, it's too inside a village and mannerless hotel stuff. please do not book the hotel ever.

Overall the stay was okay. The room was great and everything. But they need to work on their services better. I stayed for 2 nights and even though they initiated for room cleaning after one night, they didn't clean it even after I left the keys before heading out. Food was okay but it's a bit in the expensive side given the amount being served.

Best view from windows... Nice stay.near from main road (500m inside from the main road)Pros : Bedding, Washroom, Toiletries, Table Chair, Air conditioning, fan, geyserCons : No wifi, No TV, No water(Provided RO water of very poor quality, need to pay extra charges for mineral water), costly food, mosquitoes,etc.

Booked with complimentary breakfast, but during checkout had to give extra money for some items in the breakfast. Though there is a TV, but it had no recharge for cable connection. Only some of the free Channels were available. Request the staff to recharge, but they didn't.Bed sheet was not cleaned properly.

Location is poor, very much inside almost in a village area. Hotel is excellent but staff is very rude. Also they dont give any room service.. there is no intercom to speak to reception.. this place needs lots to improve

very nice place to stay , very clean and beautiful rooms. just one suggestion add tea and omlet in breakfast when we book the stay with breakfast clean room and bathroom and the food is also good and full privacy

Hotel is at a very peaceful place. Had a nice stay here. but I noticed some spots in the provided bed cover, again the bathroom is little bit small. No in-home restaurant also. Besides that, everything is fine 👍

linen was in bad condition! And worse was the condition of the bed! No one was there to carry the luggage! Only positive thing was that room service boy was cooperative!

The hotel is in a nice place and it is near the airport But the room is not clean, the Bedsheet is dirty. Hotel staff needs to focus on that.
