they charged for room heater earlier i was told to pay a total of rs for day and for night a total rs for a one day stay though the amenity was clearly mentioned under the inclusion list for my hotel rent.after long discussion they asked me to pay in total for a 6 days which i had to pay.manager seems very rude when we were waiting for check in it was very cold temperatures was around zero degree or below zero and we were shivering so i asked for a heater in lobby person available at reception asked us to stand nearby the reception desk and there was a heater for staff at reception desk. we were ok with that after some time a person who seems manager came and he just rudely pulled the heater away from us without saying a word. we were shocked with this behaviour of him. if that heater was not for guests even than he should have told us so but he just pulled it back and switched off the heater.tv wasn’t connected to wifi and there wasn’t any cable or dish connection so for a six day stay we couldn’t used it. we asked the staff the manager the owner to send someone to resolve the issue with tv but nobody attended the issue even after multiple complaints.

They did not provide me any accomodation, they cancelled my booking without informing me... I booked hotel for 5770 for 1 night. Instead, they refused to provide even a single room. I want my money back

Very friendly staff , beautiful rooms and views from the hotel balcony , food was excellent . 10/10 recommended
