"Pathetic" it all began at the time of check out when the manager started arguing with us to pay for the towel and bedsheet. my 2 year old felt unwell and vomited without letting us know on the bed and due to which the bedsheet got dirty. the manager started argument that we have to pay as bedsheet and towel are dirty. what was even more concerning was they ask everyone to pay even if they get their towels dirty.. (lol) they expect people to bring their own bedsheets and towels!! After wasting almost 45 mins they finally agreed and we checked out without paying. but the painful experience was worth mentioning here so other families travelling with kids or sick people don't fall into their trap. I have travelled to almost 100+ hotels and this was s worst experience I ever had.. not to mention coackroaches in the room roaming everywhere and AC not working properly!!!

The hotel was very good, and I would rate it 4 stars for its quality and affordability. I stayed with my family and found the place to be very safe and comfortable. The staff was polite and courteous throughout our stay. I shared a few small suggestions with the team at checkout, and they were receptive. On the day of departure, I requested to leave my luggage at the reception, as my train to Delhi from Haridwar was scheduled for 6:00 PM. Mr. O.P. Kalra kindly agreed, and they kept my luggage safe until I returned. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The hotel also offers great connectivity to Rishikesh, which was a big plus. Thank you!
