At the time of check in they said they don't have any water supply.It will begin after 6 pm.Do we will not able to use toilet.classic rooms are very small and it's single beded. As we book they will provide extra mattress.But then we will not able to move or walk within the room as rooms are very small. Then they said the customers who book Classic rooms always upgrade to double bed rooms.For that we have to pay per day extra for three classic room as we booked three classic room For two days we paid 10000/- extra for rooms for which they not able to provide any voucher for that. Hotel intercom and one room gyser not working. They are unable to provide any solution for that during our stay. They said all technical person are in holiday due to duserra.Very pathetic hotel. location is good. Very bad.

the pathetic experience was here, no basic amenities was. Stayed two days here, first day they gave the room where the noise was unbearable and whole night was not able to sleep. second day water supply for the bathroom and toilet was not there. I've to rush morning to some urgent task and I forced to come out without even taking bath

NO MOBILE SIGNALS INSIDE HOTEL NO WI FI NO DINING FACILITIES LANDLINE ALWAYS BUSY SERVICE IS NOT THAT MUCH GOOD ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL BED IS ALSO VERY SMALL & NOT COMFORTABLE. NO LIFT FACILITY ROOM KEYS ARE ALSO NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND GET STUCK... NOT RECOMMENDED .

Disgusting! is this a superior queen room? These guys have allotted our room to another guest . This wont be tolerated. Ask the hotel mgmt to allot a different room
